COVID - 19

Roses Florist are currently accepting all orders for collection from our store or for delivery. Our courier company have now advised us of a "non-contact doorstop delivery only" for all deliveries.

This means, they will not ring doorbells, knock on doors or call before delivery. They will simply leave the flowers on the doorstep at your own risk.

We advise to only send flowers if you know the recipients will be home to receive them on their doorstep. YOU MUST advise us if the recipient is in self-isolation so that we can notify our courier of this. You must provide us with these details and with a mobile number and the correct address for all deliveries.

It is important to understand that our courier company WILL NOT be accepting deliveries for recipients that are Positive Covid-19 households. They need to look after their employees by not exposing them to any risk. For this reason we ask you not to order flowers for Covid-19 positive households.

We also cannot deliver to gated properties without gates being open for the couriers at all times. We can only deliver to reception areas for all businesses and hospitals.
