LOOKING AFTER YOUR FLOWERS
If you have received flowers from Roses florist please re-cut the stems on an angle and place in fresh water.
For long lasting flowers, refresh the water every couple of days.
Roses florist are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your information remains confidential.
Roses florist collects information from the customer so we can successfully provide you with our services and products. Information we require can include a full name of the customer and the recipient, email address, invoices address, delivery address, contact phone numbers and credit card details.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawful and you will not receive marketing emails from us just because you have placed an order in the past. Unless you want to receive our newsletter of course! You’ll be asked if you want to sign up if you place an order. Click here to sign up.
Roses florist will not disclose any personal information to a third party, who is not involved in the preparation and/or delivery of the product unless authorized to do so or required by law.
We pride ourselves on stocking the freshest highest quality flowers available. The images shown are a guide and we will endeavour to match as close as with the seasonal flowers available at the time of order. No responsibility is taken if flowers have been mistreated in any way. If you do have an issue with your order please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a solution. This will be determined on a case by case basis in our complete discretion.
Roses Florist cannot cancel any order that has already been made up. If the cancellation request is made prior to the order being made up Roses Florist will accept cancellation and provide a full refund.
GIFTS AND HOMEWARE
Once your order has been processed you should expect delivery within 2 working days.
Deliveries can only be made within Auckland please contact the shop if you require shipping to anywhere else in New Zealand.
Gifts or Homewares sent with flowers will not incur additional charges.
Roses florist will accept returns of non perishable goods if they are incorrect or faulty, however we are not obliged to accept any goods for return where you have simply changed your mind. If you are no satisfied with any product purchases, please contact us to discuss the reason for requesting a return or exchange, email@example.com or 649630 5369.
Roses Florist cannot accept items for return if they have been damaged in the post, we take extreme care when packaging goods and cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occuring in transit.
All images and content in this website remain the property of Roses Florist. Anyone may utilise the material on the website free of charge and without the permission of Roses Florist provided that the source of the material is acknowledged.
To the extent permitted by law Roses Florist accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered in connection with the use of this website, or for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit or otherwise.
